Confidential client in Hospitalet de Llobregat is seeking a multilingual Order to Cash specialist. You will manage the full order lifecycle, ensure accurate invoicing, monitor payments, and collaborate across Logistics and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have a degree, internship experience, fluency in Flemish, French, and English, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. The role offers a hybrid setup with flexible hours and an international onboarding program.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Order to Cash process for customers.
• Enter, validate, and follow up on orders.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with Logistics.
• Oversee invoicing and credit notes; monitor collections.

You will join a well-established international company based in Hospitalet de Llobregat. For confidentiality reasons, the client’s name will not be disclosed during the initial stages of the process.

What will you do?

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the Order to Cash process for customers.
• Handling customer orders (entry, validation, and follow-up).
• Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics.
• Managing administrative and logistical incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Overseeing invoicing processes and credit notes.
• Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
• Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships.

Who are we looking for?

You're the person we're looking for if you have:

• A university degree or vocational qualification.
• Some previous work experience (internship or first job), regardless of the field.
• Native or near-native level of Flemish, plus advanced French and English.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Tech-savvy mindset and interest in AI and digital tools.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
