We are hiring for a temporary role in our site in Tarragona (Spain) a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with strong English communication skills, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and capable of managing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution with accuracy and care.
• Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong customer satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, graphics...) to solve customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established processes and service standards.

Requirements

• Native-level French (mandatory).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
