Donaldson is seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative in Terrassa (Barcelona) with strong English to join the Process Filtration Customer Service team. You will manage customer orders, support the sales team, and build relationships with assigned accounts, focusing on the Nordic region.

Key responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with sales, logistics, finance and production, and ensuring accurate invoicing and delivery updates.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM are an asset.
• A high level of English is required.
• Additional languages, particularly Italian, French and Spanish, would be a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Process, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing orders.
• Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers.
• Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies.
• Manage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activities.
• Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, through efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Coordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities.

We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative with a high level of English to join the Process Filtration Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer purchase orders and building strong relationships with assigned accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to support business growth across various markets, with a primary focus on the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities:

Relevant Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook

• A high level of English is required.
• Additional languages, particularly Italian, French and Spanish, would be a strong asset
• Flexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adopt to changes
• Pro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and to be a team player
