Purpose:

We are recruiting an enthusiastic team of Italian language speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub!

Your primary focus will be to build and maintain updated data of Healthcare Professionals to support our customers, ensuring that any changes are correctly verified through various channels according to our business rules.

What to expect:

1. Analyze Panel Sample design to ensure feasibility and follow up on design fulfillment.
2. Recruit target doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
3. Promote HCP collaboration in syndicated ad hoc PMR studies based on established standards. Initiate follow-up calls with panellists to maximize response rates.
4. Transition doctors to the official Incentive Program and support implementation considering local fiscal/legal regulations. Investigate, resolve, and process panel incentives issues within defined guidelines to facilitate timely compensation.
5. Support doctors during their E to E participation and act as the Voice of the Doctor in new project setups, market analysis, feasibility, etc.
6. Work cross-functionally with the coding team to resolve data quality issues.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• Native Italian speaker.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
