Gracia101 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced MDM Process Expert to design and improve global master data processes, linking business needs with technology across functions and systems.

You will bridge business stakeholders, IT teams and MDM specialists, drive data readiness, support ERP projects including SAP, and contribute to continuous improvement with documented processes and data catalogs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Master Data Management, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Strong SAP expertise, especially master data objects; experience in process modelling and design.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; good communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and document Master Data Management processes within your area, ensuring compliance with group policies and audit standards.
• Define master data setup, processes and readiness rules for ERP implementations and M&A projects.
• Lead or contribute to solution implementation work packages, including design workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with IT and MDM Technical Solutions to implement technical solutions in Informatica and SAP backends.
• Define cleansing rules with data owners to ensure data readiness for transformation projects.
• Work with MDM Services to implement process changes, provide third-level support and ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain process documentation and data catalogs while driving continuous improvement with stakeholders.

A leading international organization is looking for an experienced MDM Process Expert to design and improve global master data processes, connect business needs with technology, and support major transformation initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Master Data and SAP professional who enjoys working across business functions, countries and systems to create sustainable, well-governed data solutions.

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams and MDM specialists—helping turn complex data requirements into practical, scalable and value-adding solutions.

What You Will Do

• Design and document Master Data Management processes within your area, ensuring compliance with group policies, Delegations of Authority (DoAs) and audit standards.
• Support M&A and IT projects, including ERP implementations, by defining master data setup, processes and readiness rules.
• Lead or contribute to solution implementation work packages, including design workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with IT and MDM Technical Solutions to implement technical solutions in Informatica and SAP backend systems.
• Define cleansing rules with data owners to ensure that owned data is ready for transformation projects.
• Work with MDM Services to implement process and solution changes, provide third-level support and ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain process documentation and data assets/data catalogues while driving continuous improvement with process stakeholders.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Master Data Management, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Strong SAP expertise, especially regarding master data objects, together with experience in process modelling and design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, intellectual rigor and close attention to data readiness.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with good communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative and inclusive team-player mindset, with the ability to work autonomously, manage work packages and make decisions.
