Global M is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer — Data & AI to work across the EU from a remote setup. You will build production AI/data solutions, create data pipelines, and develop PoCs while collaborating with customers and guiding product direction.

You will leverage 5+ years in software/data/AI, strong Python/SQL, and experience with AI evaluation. Expect a mix of customer interaction and core product development in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of software/data/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python, SQL and data engineering skills.
• Data Engineer with AI/agent experience or AI Engineer with strong data experience.
• Experience building and shipping production systems end-to-end.
• Understanding of AI evaluation and probabilistic systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
• Commercial mindset — focused on customer outcomes and ROI, not just technology.
• Spend around 40% with customers and 40% building the core product.
