Resilientco in Barcelona is seeking an engineer to act as the technical bridge between the company and customers in the French region, ensuring AI systems deliver tangible outcomes from day one.

You will work directly with customer teams to understand workflows, define success in production, configure and extend AI systems, and operate as a hands-on engineer delivering measurable ROI.

Formación

• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to ship production-grade systems.
• Experience working directly with customers (field engineering, consulting, or solutions roles).
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus.
• Comfort moving between high-level problem definition and hands-on debugging.
• Experience with modern stacks and AI systems in production (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, configure, and customize AI systems to unblock customer operations.
• Translate operational goals into technical workflows.
• Own the deployment lifecycle from sale to value.
• Partner with Deployment Strategists to deliver measurable customer impact.
• Turn effective customer solutions into reusable modules and playbooks to speed up future deployments.
