HappyRobot is seeking a versatile Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team. You’ll work directly with customers to onboard, implement, and support our AI platform, while contributing to product development.

We value ownership, rapid shipping, and clear communications as you translate complex tech into tangible outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions, build features with React/TypeScript/Node.js, and apply Python for AI/ML

Formación

• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
• Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Founder mindset: independent, takes ownership, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Customer-Facing Engineering – work with customers from onboarding to ongoing usage.
• Technical Development – build features, MVPs, scalable solutions.
• Full-Stack Development – develop with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• AI/ML Applications – design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting and tuning.
• Integration & APIs – manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Iterative Problem-Solving – iterate and improve AI solutions based on feedback.
• Project Management – prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
