A growing AI infrastructure company in Barcelona is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer. This role involves onboarding enterprise customers, acting as their technical point of contact, and ensuring they receive value from the platform. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering experience, particularly with Python, and a deep understanding of AI evaluation challenges. You will work closely with both customers and the product team to bridge feedback and improve the platform. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills for scripting and debugging integrations.
• Deep understanding of AI evaluation challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise onboarding and guide through evaluation runs.
• Be the technical point of contact for enterprise accounts.
• Understand customer AI stacks and advise on evaluations.
• Bridge customers and product by capturing feedback.
• Write internal documentation and playbooks.
