Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Fashion or E-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, chat, and social media.
• Provide outstanding support before, during, and after purchase.
• Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, and orders.
• Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
• Work closely with e-commerce, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
