Santander's Galashiels branch is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to work 28 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, assist with cash transactions, and help them use banking technology in the hall or over the phone.

You’ll develop meaningful relationships, present options across products with a digital-first focus, and support day-to-day and long-term customer needs.
