Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor based out of Crawley, Epsom and Redhill branches. The Lifestyle 260 contract offers flexible hours, requiring a minimum of 260 hours per year (about 5 hours weekly) across branches, with a rota from 8am–6pm, Monday to Saturday.

You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling simple transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, and resolving queries both in-branch and by phone.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to help customers.
• Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
