Santander is seeking a Teller to assist customers with diverse banking needs and process financial transactions. You will deliver exceptional service, manage cash, and refer suitable product solutions while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 6+ months cash handling and customer service experience, with the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Prior Microsoft Office experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• 6+ months customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and addressing needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, risk management, and compliance procedures.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service digital tools and options.
• Support audits and other operational tasks and possibly nearby branches.
