VeryChic, a leading European travel platform within the Accor Group, is seeking a Customer Experience Agent intern in Barcelona. You will support travelers from booking to stay, handling inquiries by phone and email and contributing to post-sale support.

This six-month internship starts January 2027 and offers a dynamic, multinational environment. Native French, fluent English and Spanish are required, with strong communication and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers by phone and email.
• Support travelers with their online bookings.
• Provide personalized post-sales support.
• Ensure bookings have been properly received by partners.
• Handle customers’ special requests.
• Manage booking modifications and cancellations.
• Oversee administrative aspects, including organizing activities and transfers; sending travel documents; contributing to performance goals.

Customer Experience Agent intern

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers by phone and email.
• Support travelers with their online bookings.
• Provide personalized post-sales support:
• Ensure that bookings have been properly received by our partners.
• Handle customers’ special requests.
• Manage booking modifications and cancellations.
• Oversee administrative aspects, including:
• Organizing activities and transfers.
• Sending travel documents.
• Contribute to achieving the company’s performance and customer satisfaction goals.

Your profile

Native French speaker and fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Strong interest in sales and business development, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Enjoy challenges and customer interaction.
• Knowledge of project management and data analysis is a plus.

Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement starting January 2027.
