VeryChic, part of the Accor Group, seeks a detail-oriented professional to join its Production team in Barcelona. You will manage sales offers, content, and publication workflows across markets, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination with Sales, IT, Content, and Customer Service. Fluency in French is essential, with English/Spanish as a plus, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Fluent French required.
• English and/or Spanish considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and configure sales offers in internal systems based on negotiated agreements.
• Enter and manage content including services, conditions, photos, and product information.
• Ensure production deadlines for publishing offers across markets.
• Quality checks for price consistency and accuracy before publication.
• Coordinate with Sales on technical feasibility of offers.
• Communicate with operations to maintain smooth production workflow.
• Handle last-minute updates to offers and coordinate changes with teams.
