Wallbox is seeking a Customer Project Manager to guide post-sale deployment and onboarding of AC and DC charging solutions. You will drive CSAT by translating customer needs into delivery actions and coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Services for smooth transitions from prospect to customer.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in B2B customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Pre-Sales, or Project Management) in infrastructure, energy, or EV charging
• Proven experience managing large, complex accounts and multi-stakeholder relationships
• Strong relationship management and consultative skills
• Technical understanding of hardware/software solutions in energy or mobility
• Familiarity with public tender processes, regulatory frameworks, and large contract negotiations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify upsell opportunities within accounts
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities
• Project management and coordination across hardware, software, and services teams
• Escalation management and incident resolution coordination

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical project onboarding, including customer training, documentation, and initial deployment roadmap execution
• Ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and integration of AC and DC products
• Serve as primary post-sale contact for key accounts (CPOs, fleets, utilities, municipalities, resellers)
• Drive CSAT by leading escalation management and resolving critical infrastructure incidents with Support and Field Service teams
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Services to ensure smooth transitions from prospect to customer and long-term success
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts (Hardware, Software, Validation) to confirm project feasibility and timely execution
• Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality targets
