FrieslandCampina is seeking a Culinary Specialist in Barcelona to drive growth, brand preference, and culinary innovation for Debic within the Spanish Horeca channel. The role blends culinary expertise with customer engagement, trend translation, and commercial collaboration to support customers, distributors, and the sales team.

As the culinary ambassador, you will develop inspiring recipes, support demonstrations and events, and translate market insights into actionable concepts.

Formación

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional culinary qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Horeca, pastry, foodservice, or professional kitchen environments.
• Strong expertise in savour cooking and desserts, bakery applications, dairy-based culinary solutions, and menu development.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the culinary expert and ambassador for Debic in the Spanish Horeca market.
• Inspire chefs, pastry chefs and foodservice professionals through innovative applications and menu solutions.
• Develop recipes, concepts, and applications that demonstrate the value and versatility of Debic products.
• Provide technical advice and troubleshoot product performance challenges in professional kitchens.
