Mapon is hiring a CTO for its next growth phase to modernize a mature, business-critical platform and build an engineering organization that scales beyond individual contributors. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a 50+ person engineering organization across multiple teams, own Mapon's technology strategy, architecture, and platform evolution, and partner with Product on what we build and why.

You will make trade-offs, set ambitious delivery goals, and create a culture of technical excellence,

Responsabilidades

• Translate company strategy into a technology strategy and investment priorities.
• Lead Mapon's multi-team engineering organization through its leaders.
• Own the long-term technical direction across Mapon's products and shared platform.
• Guide modernization while maintaining delivery to customers.
• Drive reliability, security and operational excellence across engineering.
