• Organize and coordinate resources for plant operation in accordance with Dispatch requirements.
• Evaluate plant performance and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Develop an operations strategy to meet objectives and establish best practices for CSP plant operations.
• Provide technical advice to operations and maintenance teams in the field.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and quality standards.
• Manage emergency planning and training to improve team capabilities.
