Revolut in Spain is seeking a world-class Product Marketing Manager to lead the crypto marketing roadmap. You’ll articulate and drive marketing strategies that promote crypto products, build trust in the industry, and help bring our features to life for customers.

Lead cross-functional teams across marketing channels, shape launch strategies for new crypto features, and deliver campaigns that drive growth and brand impact in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Experience in B2B or B2C product/brand/consumer marketing in a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech environment.
• Passion for Revolut’s products and crypto.
• Ability to set strategic direction and manage complex go-to-market campaigns with multiple teams.
• Strong consumer marketing and creative acumen across in-product, digital, and PR channels.
• Proven ability to distil data into actionable insights to inform strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Create and oversee a long-term marketing strategy across channels for crypto products.
• Design data-driven quarterly roadmaps to forecast, prioritise, and deliver projects meeting KPIs.
• Extract insights from feedback loops to inform strategy.
• Understand customer needs and crypto product performance across core and expansion markets.
• Shape launch strategies for new crypto features with coordinating cross-functionally.
• Brief creative teams and develop audience strategies, value propositions, and PR campaigns.
• Develop cross-functional relationships to bring new products and campaigns to market.
