Revolut is seeking a Graduate Marketing Manager to drive regional roadmaps and local campaigns. You’ll rotate through core marketing domains, collaborating with local teams to tailor strategies to markets and brands, then refine cutting-edge plans with cross-functional teams.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in analytics, campaign management, and storytelling while contributing to growth initiatives across channels.

Formación

Fluency in Danish, Finnish, and/or Norwegian.
Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from a top university.
Minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in other countries.
Interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing.
Strong project management and impeccable attention to detail.
Creative storytelling skills and a keen interest in developing data/analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full-time availability from June 2026.

Responsabilidades

Work closely with local marketers to create tailored marketing efforts and adapt global strategies to local markets.
Collaborate with team members to develop forward-thinking marketing strategies (campaigns like Audi Revolut F1 Team, NBA, Sziget Festival).
Leverage analytical skills to influence growth decisions and measure performance by KPIs.
Stay ahead by working on latest industry trends.
Improve planning by creating comprehensive roadmaps for marketing initiatives.
Support initiatives across regions and channels to drive growth.
