Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of initiatives from kickoff through go‑live and a defined post‑launch monitoring period. You’ll translate scope into milestones, sequencing, owners and dependencies while coordinating across engineering, compliance, CRM, payments, content and design.

You’ll run the operating rhythm with standups and status updates, flag risks early, maintain a current project timeline, and produce concise reports for non‑technical

Formación

• 3+ years leading cross-functional delivery of technical or product initiatives
• Comfortable operating without formal authority and driving outcomes through clarity and relationships
• Strong instinct for blockers vs. noise in status updates
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication for engineers and executives
• Experience working with Product Owners/Product Managers with a clear line between roles
• Ability to write clear status reports and risk analyses (bring samples to interview)
• Hands-on fluency with Gantt charts/timelines and dependency maps (Jira, Monday, Asana, MS Project)
• Prior experience in iGaming (casino/sports betting) with knowledge of platforms, CRM/gamification, payments/cashier flows, compliance rhythms

• Produce concise status updates readable by non-technical stakeholders
• Build and maintain a project timeline reflecting sequencing and dependencies
• Write structured risk logs with owners and mitigations
• Map cross-team dependencies to reveal bottlenecks before delays

Responsibilities

• Own the execution plan for an assigned initiative (e.g. platform migration, CRM/gamification rollout, payments integration) from kickoff through go‑live and a defined post‑launch monitoring period, tracking stability, adoption, and issue resolution before formally closing out the project
• Translate scope and priority set by the Product Owner into a working plan: milestones, sequencing, owners, and dependencies
• Identify and clear blockers daily - chasing decisions, unblocking engineers, escalating risks before they become delays
• Run the operating rhythm for the project: standups, check‑ins, and a single source of truth on status
• Coordinate across functions (engineering, compliance, CRM, payments, content, acquisition, design) without owning any of them directly
• Work hand in hand with the Brand Marketing Lead on relevant initiatives - this partnership is close and ongoing, not a handoff at launch
• Flag scope creep, timeline risk, or resourcing gaps early, with options - not just problems
• Maintain a clear record of decisions made and why, so the project doesn't relitigate the same debates
• Run post‑launch retros and feed lessons back into how the next initiative is planned
• Produce clear, concise status updates on a regular cadence that a non‑technical stakeholder or exec can read in under a minute and immediately know what's on track, what's at risk, and what decision (if any) is needed from them
• Build and maintain a project timeline (Gantt chart or equivalent) that accurately reflects sequencing, milestones, and dependencies - and keep it current as reality shifts, not just at kickoff
• Write structured risk logs: identify risks before they hit, rate likelihood/impact, assign an owner, and track mitigation - not just a running list of worries
• Map and visually communicate cross‑team dependencies (who's waiting on whom, what unblocks what) so bottlenecks are visible before they cause delay

Requirements

• 3+ years leading cross‑functional delivery of technical or product initiatives (platform migrations, integrations, or system rollouts strongly preferred)
• Comfortable operating without formal authority - you get things done through clarity and relationships, not org‑chart power
• Strong instinct for what's actually blocking progress vs. what's just noise in a status update
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication - able to brief both engineers and executives on the same update
• Experience working alongside Product Owners/Product Managers with a clear understanding of where the line sits between the two roles
• Demonstrated ability to write clear status reports and risk analyses - bring writing samples or a portfolio example to interview
• Hands‑on fluency building and maintaining Gantt charts / timelines and dependency maps (e.g. Jira, Monday, Asana, MS Project, or similar) - this is a working skill we'll ask you to demonstrate, not just a checkbox
• Required: prior experience in iGaming - casino and/or sports betting with working knowledge of the space (platforms, CRM/gamification, payments/cashier flows, compliance rhythms) so you can hit the ground running without a long ramp‑up
