Job summary

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a CRM/Digital Marketing professional to activate customer data and lead end-to-end CRM initiatives. You will craft targeted email, push notifications, and in-app messages while refining multi-channel communications to boost retention and engagement.

You will support Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, define measurable success metrics, and own regular reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing and CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to leverage consumer data to deliver marketing insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan (email, push, in-app).
• Refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies for a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support technical setup of campaigns and user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Own weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc deep dives to measure success.
