CANARSHIP, part of the ROMEU group, is seeking a Crewing Operations Specialist in Las Palmas to coordinate crew services and documentation.

You will support crew requests, arrange visas, travel, hotels, and liaise with ships, hotels, and authorities, ensuring a smooth crew change process. Join a dynamic team committed to professional development and service excellence in international logistics.

Formación

• Experience in similar roles (minimum 1 year).
• Fluent or advanced English (B2).
• Organized with clear customer orientation.
• Proficient in standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and log crew service requests from clients.
• Collect and file crew documents (passport, visa, seaman's book).
• Manage and supervise crew service requests (transfers, hotels, medical help, cars, long stays).
• Prepare and coordinate crew documents (LOIS, VISAS, OKTB).
• Assist crew with all requests and services as needed.
• Provide on-site support to ships, platforms, hotels, and boats for crew changes.
• Coordinate crew events (catering, excursions).
• Assist border police with crew change procedures and visa appointments.

CANARSHIP, empresa consignataria perteneciente al holding empresarial ROMEU, líder en el sector del transporte de mercancías y logística internacional, busca un/a Crewing Operations Specialist en Las Palmas.

What will your functions be?

• Recepción y registro de peticiones de servicios para tripulantes por parte de los clientes
• Recepción y registro de la documentación de los tripulantes (pasaporte, visado, seaman's book…)
• Recepción, gestión y supervisión del desarrollo de solicitudes de servicios a tripulantes como traslados, hoteles, asistencias médicas, coches de alquiler, alojamientos larga estancias etc …
• Confección y coordinación de documentos necesarios para la tripulación (LOIS, VISADOS, OKTB)
• Asistencia a los tripulantes con todas las solicitudes y servicios que puedan necesitar o solicitar
• Asistencia física a los barcos, plataformas, hoteles y falúas para coordinar cambios de tripulación numerosos
• Coordinación y gestión de eventos para la tripulación (catering, excursiones, …)
• Asistencia física a policía de fronteras para coordinar las gestiones de los cambios de tripulación y solicitar citas visados

What are we looking for?

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones similares.
• Nivel de inglés B2/avanzado.
• Persona organizada y con clara orientación al cliente.
• Uso habitual del paquete office.
• Con flexibilidad horaria (turnos principalmente de tardes y rotativos los fines de semana).
