Job summary

Brown-Forman in Guadalajara, Mexico seeks a CCCA Analyst to manage overdue accounts, apply payments in SAP, and settle disputes with focus on timely collections and accurate reporting. You will work with the Mex accounts receivable team under the LAR GBS structure, coordinating with sales, finance, and auditors.

A strong analytical mindset, SAP experience, and English fluency are required to excel in a global finance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash application and credit control
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

Responsibilities

• Collect overdue accounts and apply payments in SAP
• Manage disputes and credits memos and ensure accurate tax receipts
• Perform AR reconciliations and customer balance analysis
• Review credit limits and release holds as needed
• Coordinate with sales and finance to ensure proper discount and charge handling
• Provide information for internal and external auditors
• Participate in process improvements for credit procedures
• Maintain up-to-date customer files and payment histories
• Prepare and communicate AR metrics and reports to management
