Orbio World is seeking a Creative Strategist to steer creative direction and priorities across paid channels. You will focus on driving revenue, profit, and CPA improvements while maintaining high creative standards.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Lead and media buyers, shaping campaigns for global brands and ensuring data-backed decisions. The role emphasizes ownership, rapid iteration, and the use of AI tools to automate workflows.

• Own traffic source growth and set long-term and tactical creative plan and priorities.
• Guard creative health across channels, structures, angles, and testing frameworks.
• Develop creative concepts that win across placements and platforms.
• Reduce risk, spot issues early, take action, and recover quickly from drops.
• See market trends and turn gaps into opportunities.
• Collaborate daily with Creative Lead and Media Buyers to plan, test, and scale.
• Mentor and guide performance creatives, editors, and designers.

• See the market, competition and trends and turn gaps into immediate opportunities

• Work daily with the Creative Lead and Media Buyers to plan, test, and scale

• Mentor and guide performance creatives, editors, and designers

• Strong direct response mastery and understand conversion psychology and funnel mechanics

• Can build clear storylines using proven structures and winning elements that shape user response

• Manage stakeholders well and pitch, align, and win decisions using data and clear logic

• Strong with AI and tooling and can discover, test, and roll out automated workflows

• Lead innovation by bringing new formats, predicting trends, and keeping the team ahead
