Pioneers is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to build and execute our social media, content, and creator strategy from the ground up. You will craft content, scripts, and visuals while shaping partnerships with influencers and measuring impact on candidate growth.

This hands-on role offers a chance to define how we show up online, experiment with ideas, and create a scalable marketing engine that directly fuels growth.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or creative marketing.
• Experience owning and growing social channels.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on video creation and editing experience.
• Comfort with analytics to guide strategy.
• Ability to work independently and build from the ground up.

Responsabilidades

• Own social media end to end including strategy, calendars, publishing, community management, and reporting.
• Create content: shoot/edit short-form video, write hooks/captions, craft graphics.
• Build influencer program: identify healthcare creators, manage outreach, partnerships, briefs.
• Turn recruitment stories into authentic content with recruiters and clinicians.
• Link marketing to recruiting with campaigns that generate applicants.
• Measure engagement, growth, and placements to guide investment.
