Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking an organized Producer for our Barcelona studio to manage end-to-end production of photo, video, and hybrid content. You will own timelines, budgets, talent coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure on-brief delivery.

The role requires coordinating multiple concurrent productions, keeping creative teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and workflows efficient in a fast-paced studio environment.

Formación

  • Experience in managing end-to-end multimedia production projects.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SharePoint is a plus.
  • Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
  • Background in agency or in-house production teams preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Own end-to-end production management for projects across photo, video, and hybrid content.
  • Build and maintain production schedules, shot lists, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate internal and freelance talent (photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, models).
  • Manage production budgets, track spend, flag overruns early.
  • Serve as primary contact between creative teams, brand stakeholders, and operations.
  • Register and maintain projects in centralized tool with accurate data entry and status updates.
  • Facilitate pre-production meetings and post-production reviews.
  • Manage asset delivery pipelines and ensure QC and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Ops, Facilities, and Equipment teams to ensure studio readiness.

Key job responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end production management for assigned projects—from brief intake through delivery—across photography, video, and hybrid content workstreams
  • Build and maintain production schedules, shot lists, and resource plans across studio bays and stages
  • Coordinate internal and freelance talent (photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, models) including booking, briefing, and on-set management
  • Manage production budgets, track spend against allocated POs, and flag overruns early
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between creative teams, brand stakeholders, and operational support throughout the production lifecycle
  • Register and maintain projects in centralized tool, ensuring accurate data entry, allocation tracking, and status updates
  • Facilitate pre-production meetings, creative kick-offs, and post-production reviews
  • Manage asset delivery pipelines—ensuring content is processed, QC'd, and delivered to downstream teams on time and to spec
  • Coordinate with Ops, Facilities, and Equipment teams to confirm studio readiness and resolve logistics issues ahead of shoot days

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with project management
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • Experience in driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in a studio environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Experience with production management platforms or DAM systems
  • Understanding of post-production workflows and asset delivery pipelines
  • Experience supporting licensing, rights-managed, or vendor-facing content programs
  • Proficiency in Spanish (Catalan a plus)
  • Exposure to Virtual Production, 3D capture, or emerging content formats
  • Experience with process improvement or SOP development in a production environment
