Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios is hiring a Media Coordinator to join the Theatrical Media team in Madrid. The role will assist in executing media plans, managing workflow, and building effective presentations for campaigns.

The candidate should have media planning and investment experience and be eager to grow in a fast-evolving environment. Key responsibilities include supporting film campaigns, maintaining media summaries, managing IOs, and organizing calendars.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Responsibilities

• Support film campaign development, from broader strategy objectives to detailed plan execution.
• Maintain media summaries for internal teams, executives, and filmmakers.
• Manage IOs and invoicing.
• Assist in development of deck presentations.
• Organize deadlines and key dates into comprehensive calendars and docs to provide guidance to various marketing teams.
• Maintain accuracy in all plan development by cross referencing updated info and docs.
• Assist in managing creative rotation strategy by tracking creative pipeline for linear and digital assets.
• Assist senior team across all disciplines.
