IQVIA is seeking a Change Management and Analytics Lead to drive the organization-wide deployment of a new CPQ system. You will lead user engagement, stakeholder liaison, and adoption strategies while coordinating performance dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives across global pricing teams.

You will apply advanced analytics to monitor pricing performance, propose enhancements, and work withPricing Advisors to optimize outcomes in a complex enterprise environment.

Formación

• Proven experience leading large-scale change management and systems deployment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels in a global enterprise.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for the new CPQ system deployment.
• Coordinate with management to design a performance monitoring program and dashboards.
• Identify gaps, streamline deployment activities, and track progress to accelerate adoption.
• Provide data-driven insights and automation recommendations to optimize pricing performance.
