Babysteps Real Estate seeks a Commercial Representative for the Costa Blanca to meet agencies, demonstrate our platform, and sign them up. You will build relationships, give product demos, and onboard members, starting with agencies and expanding as your region grows, with a clear path to regional and country leadership.

Fluent Spanish and strong English are essential, with a background in real estate or sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and good English.
• Background in real estate or sales is preferred.
• Self-starter who can build trust and lead initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Meet estate agencies and agents on the Costa Blanca.
• Demo Babysteps capabilities and onboard new members.
• Sign up agencies and nurture relationships as the region grows.
• Progress to Regional Manager and then Country Manager as you scale.
