Job summary

CasaVerano, a family-run real estate agency in Ciudad Quesada on the Costa Blanca, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent with strong sales skills to join the team. You will build relationships with homeowners, secure listings, meet clients, understand needs and move transactions forward.

English is important for international clients; Spanish and other languages are a plus. Local working rights in Spain are required and you’ll work with a friendly, ambitious team using modern sales tools.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• English required for international clients; Spanish or other languages are a plus.

What you’ll do

• Build relationships with homeowners, buyers and local contacts.
• Create new business opportunities, including winning property listings.
• Meet clients, understand their needs and help move transactions forward.
• Follow up consistently and keep your pipeline organised in our CRM.
• Work closely with our sales and marketing team.

What you’ll bring

• Strong communication skills, initiative and a professional approach.
• Confidence developing new business and following up with clients.
• English for working with international clients. Spanish and additional languages are an advantage.
• The right to work in Spain and the ability to work locally on the Costa Blanca.

Real estate experience, listing experience and local knowledge are valuable, but we also welcome applicants with proven sales skills from other sectors.
