Babysteps Real Estate is growing, and we are looking for one of our first Commercial Representatives on the Costa Blanca.

Babysteps builds the technology and the network that help estate agents work as one: websites with a CRM built in, an MLS where agents share listings and close deals together, and a network that connects them across borders. Every agent keeps their own identity and gains strength by being connected. Independent, better connected.

Your role:

You are the face of Babysteps on the Costa Blanca. You meet estate agencies and agents, show them what Babysteps can do for them, and bring them on board. You build relationships, give demos, and help new members get started. You start by selling and signing up agencies, and as your region grows you grow with it, with a clear path to Regional Manager and then Country Manager.

What you bring:

Commercial drive and the confidence to open doors. Fluent Spanish and good English. Ideally some background in real estate or sales, though your energy and your ability to build trust matter most. A self-starter who wants to build something from the ground up and lead it.

Empiezas vendiendo e incorporando inmobiliarias, y a medida que tu zona crece, creces con ella, con un camino claro hacia Regional Manager y después Country Manager.

Lo que aportas:

Empuje comercial y soltura para abrir puertas. Español fluido y buen inglés. Idealmente algo de experiencia en el sector inmobiliario o en ventas, aunque lo que más cuenta es tu energía y tu capacidad para generar confianza. Una persona que trabaja por su cuenta y quiere construir algo desde cero y liderarlo.
