IPC is seeking a Corporate Systems Administrator in Madrid to manage end-user platforms and business-critical SaaS apps. The role combines escalated technical support with identity, access, and endpoint administration in a global environment.

You will collaborate with regional IT teams and vendors to improve reliability, automation, and the employee technology experience, while ensuring security and compliance across platforms.

Formación

• 7+ years in IT support with 3+ years in escalated/Level 2 support.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols & troubleshooting.
• Certs such as CompTIA A+, MCP advantageous.
• Experience designing automation workflows for identity lifecycle & endpoint management.
• Experience administering Unified Endpoint Management / MDM (Intune, Jamf).
• Experience managing SaaS contracts, licensing, renewals, and cost tracking.
• Experience collaborating with regional hubs to standardize processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own escalations from diagnosis to resolution across global teams and vendors.
• Diagnose, configure, and support Windows, endpoints, and related software.
• Perform root cause analysis and durable fixes to reduce incidents.
• Coordinate device repair, upgrade, and replacement with vendors.
• Maintain incident records, runbooks, and knowledge content for self-service.
• Administer and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms (M365, Mimecast, Atlassian).
• Manage provisioning, licensing, and access controls across the employee lifecycle.
• Support security governance including MFA, conditional access, and RBAC.
