Job summary

NAMSA is seeking a Regulatory/Imaging Coordinator to support multi-centered clinical trials. You will assist with imaging MOPs, data transfer specs, and training materials, liaising with project managers, sites, and sponsors.

The role involves coordinating trainings, image processing, data entry, and billing support. Travel may be required; duties can be onsite or remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and execution of Imaging MOPs, Core Lab data transfer specs, and study-specific regulatory documents.
• Liaise between NAMSA, project/site managers, coordinators, CRAs, Sponsors, vendors, consultants and regulatory agencies.
• Assist with ensuring proper trainings are assigned to Core Lab staff and vendors.
• Attend and participate in study team and internal staff meetings, providing status updates and path forward recommendations.
• Assist with core lab image processing and image tracking.
• Assist in billing/invoicing and resolving billing issues with Finance.
• Assist with core lab data entry.
• Complete additional work as required by Management.
