Job summary

NAMSA seeks a Clinical Operations Assistant to support Imaging MOPs, data transfer specs, and study-specific regulatory documents for multi-centered trials. You will liaise with project/site managers, CRAs, sponsors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to aid document development, trainings, image review tracking, and meeting organization.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field and at least 2 years in clinical research.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Imaging MOP development and data transfer specifications.
• Liaise with project/site managers, CRAs, sponsors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Assist with trainings, image review tracking, and meeting organization.
• Support core lab data entry and billing/invoicing as needed.
• Attend study team and internal staff meetings and provide status updates.
