Job summary

NAMSA in Madrid is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to plan and coordinate global and regional clinical, biostatistics and data management activities, guiding teams to deliver high-quality results across projects.

You will supervise Clinical Associates, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with budgeting and proposals, and represent NAMSA at regional events; 5+ years of experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Global experience is preferred; fluency in English and local language if applicable.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and regulations for clinical trials.
• Familiarity with medical device product development and clinical data management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate global and regional clinical, biostatistics and data management activities.
• Lead Clinical Associates and allocate workload across projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with local and global requirements.
• Support budgeting, proposals, client communications, and project scheduling.
• Present on clinical topics at conferences and NAMSA events when needed.
