Job summary

Ras Interim is recruiting for its Madrid Production Hub to engage French-speaking doctors for participation in market research studies. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail, with English proficiency for trainings and internal communications.

The ideal candidate will be a French native speaker, capable of professional telephone and email outreach, and will support translations and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
