Job summary

Empresa De Gestión Y Selección is recruiting a team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. You will recruit doctors and manage their engagement for market research studies, working in a multinational environment.

The role requires French native proficiency, good English for trainings and meetings, excellent communication skills via phone and email, and strong organizational abilities. Prior experience in multinational settings is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and good command of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
