Job summary

Once in Madrid, Spain is seeking a recruiter to join our production hub team. The role focuses on recruiting doctors and engaging them in market research studies, with duties including inviting doctors to participate and following up to achieve high participation rates.

The ideal candidate is a French native speaker with strong English, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
