Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator I to join our Mechanic & Repairs team. You’ll help keep our fleet in top condition by coordinating repairs, tracking progress, and maintaining records across the operations network.

You will liaise with mechanics and internal teams, ensure service levels, and escalate issues when necessary. This role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate status and needs to mechanics, service providers, and internal teams.
• Assist in monitoring fleet maintenance activities and report findings for process improvement.
• Support a safe and compliant fleet following company policies.
