Qualifications

• French native speaker is a must.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to achieve maximum participation.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages as needed.
