Job summary

Empresa De Gestión Y Selección is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors and engage them in market research studies, building a diverse and active panel.

The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with good English, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills (phone and email), and an analytical mindset. Experience in multinational environments is a plus, with tasks including documentation and translations as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels.
