English Plus is seeking an enthusiastic coordinator to lead a large teaching team and drive educational programs in Madrid. The role focuses on leading teachers, shaping a PBL-driven curriculum, and coordinating with school leadership to achieve annual goals.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, English proficiency (C1 or above), and experience in project management, enabling effective professional development and staff performance guidance.

Formación

• Bachelor of Education (infantil or primaria) or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Strong C1 English level or higher; interview in English.
• Keen on Project Based Learning or active teaching methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ideally you will have previous project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 60-70 teachers and 5 school coordinators and manage recruitment.
• Create an effective curriculum based on Project Based Learning to boost student engagement.
• Lead weekly meetings with school head of didactics and centre coordinators to set annual/monthly goals.
• Conduct academic induction and topic-based workshops; guide teaching staff performance.

Tasks

The main tasks for this role are:

• Leading a team of 60-70 teachers and a team of 5 school coordinators as well as managing the recruitment process
• Creating an effective curriculum based on Project Based Learning to enhance students' interest and participation
• Leading weekly meetings with school head of didactics and centre coordinators to determine annual/monthly goals
• Conducting academic induction and topic-based workshops on a regular basis. Guiding the performance of the teaching staff

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor of Education (infantil or primaria), other studies will be considered based on previous experience
• Strong C1 English level or above (interview will be conducted in English)
• Very keen on PBL or active methodologies
• Strong leadership skills
• Ideally you will have previous project management experience
