Alstom in Madrid is seeking a full-time Project Contract Manager to lead contract/claim management and risk mitigation for rail signalling projects. You will guide and implement strategies, extensions of time, variations, and contract amendments while providing technical leadership to the project core team.

The role requires 2-3 years of experience in contract/claim management, strong Spanish and English skills, and the ability to work within a multinational environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience, preferably in railway projects.
• Experience in project management within an industrial sector.
• Spanish is mandatory and English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze contracts to develop and drive contract/claim management strategies.
• Monitor project performance toward contractual milestones.
• Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices and manage correspondence with third parties.
