Alstom in Madrid seeks a Technical Services Manager to oversee project deliverables, resource management and team leadership across engineering, operations and design. You will ensure design outputs meet schedule, quality and budget targets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, has 10+ years in complex industrial settings (rail, automotive, aerospace) and 5+ years leading engineering teams,

Formación

• University Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related.
• More than 10 years of experience in complex industrial environments, including railway, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
• Proven experience leading engineering and technical design teams (5+ years).
• Knowledge of design processes, industrialization, change management, and CAD/PLM/PDM environments.
• Advanced English and Spanish are required.

Responsabilidades
