J.JUAN seeks a proactive Continuous Improvement Specialist to support the implementation and ongoing development of our production system at the plant in Barcelona and beyond.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze operational data, monitor KPIs, and drive kaizen initiatives using WCM and Lean methods. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred; Master’s in Engineering required.

Formación

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing with continuous improvement focus.
• Strong data analysis and KPI monitoring skills.
• Ability to lead kaizen initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of WCM or lean methodologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support data collection, measurement, and analysis according to procedures.
• Monitor industrial KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in kaizen activities and support CI projects.
• Assist in deploying Brembo WCM know-how across the plant.
• Coordinate CI initiatives and track actions.
• Drive shopfloor involvement and engagement programs.
• Conduct analyses to support improvement projects and ensure timely solutions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure follow-up of actions and deliverables.
• Support Production System activities, including training, audits, and internal initiatives with Plant Production System Manager.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Continuous Improvement Specialist to support the implementation and continuous development of our production system within the plant and beyond, including all company departments. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to collect and analyze operational data, monitor KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement and kaizen initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about operational and industrial excellence and continuous improvement methodologies such as WCM (World Class Manufacturing).

Key Responsibilities

• Support data collection, measurement, and analysis activities in line with corporate procedures.
• Monitor and analyze industrial KPIs, helping identify improvement opportunities and performance trends.
• Participate in kaizen activities and support the execution and follow-up of continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in the implementation and deployment of Brembo WCM know-how across the plant.
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective tracking of actions.
• Contribute to projects aimed at increasing shopfloor employee involvement and engagement in continuous improvement processes (e.g., suggestion systems, recognition/reward programs).
• Carry out the required analyses to support improvement projects and help ensure the timely application of solutions.
• Monitor project progress and help guarantee the consistent follow-up of actions and deliverables.
• Support all Production System activities, including training, audits, and internal improvement initiatives, in collaboration with the Plant Production System Manager.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Relevant professional experience in a manufacturing, industrial engineering, with specific continuous improvement focus.
