Kaizen Gaming is hiring a Content Specialist in Ceuta, Spain. You will support planning and execution of brand marketing across online and offline touchpoints, liaising with publishers, agencies and partners to optimise the customer journey and content requirements.

You will drive editorial calendars, content localisation, and tailor-made promotions for partners, while ensuring alignment with the brand voice and regulatory constraints.

Formación

• Degree in Marketing / Communications / Media or relevant field.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish.
• At least 3 years of agency/marketing experience.
• Experience in sports betting content creation or sports editorial preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital/online technology.
• Experience with CMS and SEO practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the marketing strategy for Spain, aligning local priorities with business objectives and commercial targets.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across brand, media, performance marketing, CRM, affiliates, sponsorships and partnerships.
• Lead planning and localisation of campaigns to resonate with Spanish audiences and reflect local market dynamics.
• Plan and deliver the editorial calendar monthly for on-time content delivery.
• Utilise content formats to share a unique experience to members and partners.
• Provide writing, editing and proofreading for recurring or ad hoc copy requests.
• Generate tailor-made promotional content for external partners and on-site content.
• Suggest marketing copy for campaigns and optimise messaging within regulatory framework.
• Develop relationships with external partners.
• Collaborate with local and international Marketing, Product and other teams.
• Liaise with HQ Content team for inbound content tasks, SEO requests and site maintenance.
• Ensure content aligns with the brand tone and provide guidelines to publishers.
