EIT Urban Mobility Academy in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Course Content Manager to shape the UMX portfolio and ensure operational excellence, compliance and timely delivery of high‑impact learning experiences across Europe.

You will source experts, convert research into learning assets, and collaborate with marketing, learning and partnerships teams to grow the portfolio across priority domains and emerging topics.

Formación

• 7+ years in urban mobility, transport innovation, or related sectors with experience in knowledge products or learning initiatives.
• 3+ years managing education or blended learning activities (online and on-site).
• Strong interest in mobility innovation, digitalisation and future urban mobility.
• Ability to translate research into practical learning materials and products.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or above).

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Content Development & KPI Compliance: transform research into learning assets and define content priorities.
• Expert Sourcing, Network Building & Knowledge Management: build a Europe-wide expert network and centralized database.
• Autonomous Vehicles Academy Development & Project Management: coordinate partnerships and programme planning.
• Content Governance, Review & Quality Assurance: own portfolio content and ensure high quality.
• Knowledge Intelligence & Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with marketing, BD and other teams.
