Job summary

Euroleague Entertainment SErvices Slu seeks a proactive Content Production Executive to plan and deliver content across multiple projects, including short-form video and branded activations. The role focuses on keeping productions organised, anticipating needs, and ensuring each project runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating pre- and production, tracking budgets and timelines, and collaborating with editorial, social media, and partners.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum hands-on experience in media, television, or content production.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to work with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus; EU right to work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-production and production activities across several projects, including schedules, logistics, and travel.
• Track budgets, timelines, deliverables, and outstanding actions; flag risks early and propose solutions.
• Work with Original Programming, editorial, social media, and other internal teams to align plans and resources.
• Liaise with club and team media directors to arrange access and support content planning.
• Coordinate suppliers, equipment rentals, travel bookings, invoices, and contracts.
• Support branded content and other projects with external partners.
• Travel for productions when required.
